Goldfinch

Beautiful bright sunny morning.  Regular zoom chat with my lifelong friends followed by a walk over the fields with my neighbour. I'm glad we have this Tuesday arrangement as I've got to know her much better. 

This afternoon I'm out again. I'll be meeting a friend who is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment. I'm so pleased that she feels up for a wee walk and cup of tea. It'll be good to find out how she's faring. So far so good I believe. 

Yoga class at the end of the day then an early night ready for tomorrow. 

A treat to see the goldfinches back in the garden.
