The Silver Line

A cold and frosty start this morning, only 1c when I ventured into Bantry for some essentials - dead calm in the estuary in Durrus and a sprinkling of snow on Hungry Hill.
It had warmed up enough in the afternoon for some more epic gardening - I am achieving though and was accompanied by a robin. Overhead two herons were loudly gathering stuff for their nests - maybe they like myrtle shoots.
In other news, the downstairs loo now flushes and the tiles are up - looking good.
