Spitfire!

We enjoyed out trip to Brodsworth Hall on Friday eveing, and so decided to go for the full day event on the Sunday. Much more in the way of attractions, including 40s singers, wartime games, and some very interesting and fun talks on Code-breaking, Wartime Espionage and more given by a couple calling themselves Heuristics. Well worth seeing them if you get a chance.

but for me, the best thing was the Spitfire. They were supposed to be having a flypast, but sadly the Great British weather was against us and they couldn't fly. But I did get some more shots of the static rebuilt Spitfire, and this shot was an attempt to get an angle not normally seen.
