The Missing Broccoli

I bought some broccoli on about the 18th January.  When I went to use it for the evening meal I could not find it so I thought that I must have left it at the till.  Today, I went in a drawer in the spare room and smelt a very strange smell.   It seemed to be coming from a carrier bag in the drawer.  You have of course guessed that the broccoli was in the carrier bag along with some chocolates I had bought for peoples birthdays.  Pleased that I found it now rather a few weeks down the line.  It has now been composted.
