Wild Wednesday ...

... suet eaters.

This might not be the best picture I've ever taken of the downy woodpeckers but it'll have to do for today. The suet feeder is in the very back of our property and I was shooting from the sunroom door.  This appears to be a pair ... the female in on the suet and the male is watching over her.  Or simply waiting for his turn!

And other than a slew of squirrel pictures this was all I photographed today.  In fact, I didn't pick my camera back up after lunch ... all my photos were taken before that.
