It's been one of those days

but walking the heath with Indie, thinking about today's Blip, listening to birdsong, squelching through thick mud one minute, kicking up the thick layer of dead leaves & bracken on the woodland floor the next. It gave me time to clear my head before the next challenge, & there were a few today.
The dementia nurse returned my call while I was out walking, she was supposed to be sending me some links for local dementia support etc.  but I had'nt received them so I popped into the surgery while in the town first thing. I need to have a chat about support for both Mum & myself.
