Seed head

This smallish seed head has several seeds all snuggled downside the protective outer. I believe it is one of the Queen Anne's Lace family.
Travel Insurance - been trying to sort this out today for some upcoming trips - like everything the costs seem to have trebled!  But if I wish to go and visit my sister I need it. Taken a couple of hours but have not yet clicked the "Go" button! 
Visited a friend for coffee as we'd not met up for sometime. She's busy having her house decorated, so staying near her home.
Waiting to hear how my sister's operation went. It ought to have taken place today all being well.
