Seal shock

Before heading into town for the i3 conference this afternoon, I popped down to the beach at Newburgh-on-Ythan to check out the seal colony.

I'd been watching the seals for a while when something suddenly spooked them and they made a mad dash for the water. I have no idea what it was that gave them such a fright, but I don't think that it was me.

My exercise today was the walk on the beach.
