The Bard

After a lightening speed tour of 5 empty flats in Solihull this morning and very nice, they were too, if a little small, we headed to Will's gaff. It's not a bad wee place he had.

Like my boy, Will was lucky to have his parents help him out by leaving such a vast property with an array of opportunities. How then, like most men of his time, that he converted one bit to a butcher's shop and another to a pub. Where else can a man get his burger and pint?!

We drove home through Stratford-upon-Avon and onto Gaydon to see the boy's future place of work.

Our job here is done. We are treating ourselves to a nice tea tonight ahead of driving up to the in-laws tomorrow.
