Male Pheasant

A fairly lazy morning, followed by a medical appointment for my husband at the local hospital. My husband has blipped the lovely Grandfather Clock which is in the waiting room, but it does not appear to be in working order.
 
Today’s picture is of one of the male pheasants that visits the garden.  
 
The temperature at noon today was seven degrees Celsius. More very heavy rain overnight and for most of the day; no signs of any leaks from the roof so far; yet.
