Book shop...

A drop of snow last night, but by this morning it was back to slitter with a biting cold wind.
Yesterday it was dry and frosty when the vet came back to check the final 120 cows for the last day of our TB test. Luckily everything passed,so that's us for the next 4 years .
Kev on mucking out and bedding,me on feeding and bagging up bruised barley.
A visit at lunch time from one of the Stirling mart's auctioneers to look at store cattle.
No doubt he'd heard I sold some last week at a rival auction....
Littlemiss dropped Junior off for his train to Glasgow, then picked me up for a wee trip to St Boswells. She hadn't driven that far before and wanted me to come with her.We headed over Soutra and down the A68 and she got on fine.
Stopped at the book shop in the village for a bite to eat and a browse round the shelves, the back home via Gala and the A7 for a change of scenery .
Back home to start feeding again. It never ends...
