This should have been the week of the big go-live for our client at the moment. However it has been postponed (thankfully) and we're able to make some improvements to the process. As this is a back blip I can confirm we did go live at the start of January 2024 and at the start of February were able to close the January financial period without issue.

The actual project work isn't that complex conceptually, in fact it's one of the simplest business projects I've worked on for years, however, there are lots of small details and corner cases which make it a very frustrating thing to do, and explain why it's taken so long to do and been so painful and expensive to do.

Today's cranes at sunset was at the end of another beautiful day and my four legged friend only cares that I collect him and take him for a walk around the hippodrome. He doesn't really care what the sun is doing or if the cranes are making a nice silhouette, he just wants to chase rabbits!
