Handover

I had a lovely surprise today when Marion turned up to parkrun.   Yet again I did a speedy walk instead of attempting to run whilst Marion jogged off.  We have both suggested that we will try and go faster next week..

Afterwards we headed to Morrissons. Gordon who was RD this week and Simon who returns as RD next week after a few years break processed the results.

The afternoon was consumed by a few chores and a Sainsburys shop.
