Curtains to the curtains

A few weeks ago we decided to remove the sheer curtains, slightly shredded by the cat, from the sitting room facing the street. In the winter this isn't much of a problem as we close the thick curtains early on, but now it's getting lighter we're getting more visible to passersby.

Yesterday, H and I started to decorate the lower part of the window using special window pens. Better than more curtains or window film I think. We can wash it off any time we like. Today, I finished it off after she left to stay with my parents for the half term week.

I'm going to miss her this week.
