And she was right! Sarah came up trumps again with this exquisite walk from Stainforth. 

There was a mini summit, a wonderful empty ridge, fine views, atmospheric rolling mist and SNOW! At exactly half-way, we had the cafe at Feizor - in a bit of sunshine too and a very pleasant walk back admiring the ridge we'd walked along.

Utterly splendid and a wonderful few hours catching up.
