Slippery slope?

So, I caught blackness in the sunshine out of the corner of my eye.  I thought I might take a direct hit in a few minutes time. As I rounded this corner though, I realised the wind was taking the cloud off at a slight angle away from me.  There was no slippery slope down to rain, thankfully, but I do confess to stopping half way up the hill to catch the moment. Maybe this is the way forward for all hills now I've started the trend?!
