Valentine's Day

Sadly not a sunny day - again we endured grey and damp.
I did manage to get to the last exercise class trying to keep me upright - it has been great fun and apart from the 6 weeks I missed due to the hip op, I feel I have learned how to steady myself should I be falling - as long as I am falling forward/sideways......nothing to assist with falling backwards which is the way I did it!
Been out viewing houses with a friend. Getting some very good ideas!
Being Valentine's Day there are lots of happy folk buying flowers and nice food/wine for their loved ones.
