Happy Birthday No 1

I made his birthday cake last night; a chocolate ganache from Matty Edgell ( GBBO winner) and we couldn’t wait until today to try it! The ganache has now set perfectly.
We’ve had a great day out mooching round Cheltenham with some birthday treats purchased of course and lunch :)
Just getting ready to go out for dinner … it’s been great being able to spend quality time together
