Notes: Awake early again and then back to sleep until 8a-something. Decided to head out first thing for errands that have been on the list for awhile - filled car w/ gas, over $50 at Walmart (how can that be??). Linda (neighbor) was going to Costco so gave her a list and she brought my $90 worth of stuff mid morning. Jo was up in the 1a in Australia so chatted w/ her on Telegram for awhile and then walked over to library - has been a long time since I've gone there and just wanted some backup tax forms (they had some to take so I didn't have to print).  Phone showed 0% clouds but was pretty much 100% and stayed mostly like that until late afternoon - not complaining. Came back and did a meditation ~1230p for over an hour and didn't get up right away. Wasn't really hungry or wanting anything much so had a bowl of cereal and piece of toast and then some popcorn after. Mid-day shower, skin is still sloughing off and some prominent hives still but much better overall and no pain anymore, just some slight itching now and then. Walked over to the pool @ 6p and did some grounding, was a bit chilly. went inside then and picked out a couple books (surprised myself on both of these) and then saw a nice sunset sky walking back - don't remember the last sunset ... streamed shows for the rest of the evening then. [The Q clock is indicating EBS ... but why to trust that after all this time?]
