Notes: Slept much better, thank goodness - awake 430-530aish and then slept till 830a. Had coffee and online, chilly morning (love it). Valentine's Day but that seems mostly garbage and a money grab ... Had the 11a Zoom w/ Carlene and the Lightwave group - wasn't going to say much but she called me out (nicely and with love) and so I said a bit of what's been going on ... Carlene and I texted quite a bit after the call then and I felt good about that. Decided it might be warm enough and to try sitting at the pool for a bit, skin not looking great but thought it might help now that the swelling and worst of the rash/hives have subsided. Sun was very warm and couldn't tolerate much of it so didn't stay long. Not a super hot shower yet either ... and then heated 1/2 of the leftover chicken piccata w/ mashed cauli and finished the arugula - small salad w/ rest of pear an toasted walnuts (so delicious). Texts from gallery Kathy to pay me the Jan. hours I asked Ellen about - didn't really want it to come from her co tho and ended up sending it back. Watched shows in evening and some in bed (for the first time in awhile).
