Rose

We're heading out to late afternoon function shortly, thought best to get my blip in beforehand.
I went to the garden to find a single rose, the darker backgound is the conifers around the perimeter of our garden, the sun backlighting the rose.

The fires are still troublesome in the Port Hills Christchurch, whilst not under control, the conditions are more favourable.  Some homeowners have been allowed to return to their properties, still 33 in possible danger.
