Blodau gwanwyn, tywydd gaeaf

Blodau gwanwyn, tywydd gaeaf ~ Spring flowers, winter weather

“I have a formidable clarity of mind at times, when nature is so lovely … I’m no longer aware of myself and the painting comes to me as if in a dream.”
― Vincent Van Gogh

Mae blodau'r gwanwyn wedi dod ond mae'r gaeaf gyda ni o hyd. Roedd hi'n bwrw glaw yn drwm iawn drwy'r dydd. Roedd yn rhaid gadael unrhyw gynlluniau oedd gyda ni i fynd allan am ddiwrnod arall. Serch hynny, neu oherwydd hynny, gwnaethon ni ymarfer ar ein hoffer cerddorol.  Mae Nor’dzin yn addysgu i fi sut i ganu'r nabl, ond mae hi'n defnyddio'r testun Suzuki feiolin.  Mae'n golygu y gallwn ni ddysgu gyda'n gilydd a chanu gyda'n gilydd. Rydw i'n gobeithio ein bod ni'n gallu ymarfer yn gyson. Mae un broblem gyda ni - gormod i wneud. Bob amser yn brysur, byth yn diflasu.

Spring flowers have come but winter is still with us. It rained very heavily all day. Any plans we had to go out had to be abandoned for another day. Despite this, or because of that, we practised on our musical instruments. Nor'dzin is teaching me how to play the psaltery, but she is using the Suzuki violin text. It means we can learn together and play together. I hope we can practise consistently. We have one problem - too much to do. Always busy, never bored.
