Irritation (EB)

Several local blippers will already know of my 'thoughts' on the behaviour of some drivers in the hospital car park :-)

There is plenty of space, even mid afternoon, but one might have to walk for an extra 20 seconds!  Alternatively ... leave the spaces nearest the building for the elderly who would prefer not to have to walk so far ....
