Catkins In The Wind

Mild but breezy, got a little more done in the dairy and had a leisurely walk of one mile. Had my first go with the relaxation app that the Community Cardiac Nurse gave me. Shall I say I found it an experience but will stick with it and it might be a way going back to sleep in the early hours!
