Well listening to the "Cardiac App Relax" didn't work as it wants to much physical input. But I had a look on YouTube for music to aid sleep, there are numerous claiming to work in 30 mins ( so why are they between one and three hours long) anyway while they did not put me to sleep quickly let alone in 30 mins I was able to relax and stop my legs twitching, so felt more rested.
Walked after lunch a steady mile, then a wander in the garden with the mkIII and the 70-200 before dusk. Not wildly happy with the results hence the triptych tohidz the lack of sharpness. Celandine, Snowdrops and Daphne! 
An early Blip today for a change, take care out there one and all.
