Breakfast of Champions!

It was someone's last day in the office today. She was only in for the morning and she made us all cheesecake. Meaning we all had cheesecake for breakfast! 
Not exactly on plan with the Diet, but it would have been rude to say no. And tomorrow I'm hitting Park Run hard with Flicky. 
"Go! Go! Go!" As she likes to shout at the runners!
