St Mildred's, Tenterden

Building this church was started in the 12th century with a tower added in 1461. It's named after a seventh century Anglo-Saxon nun who was abbess of the abbey at Minster-in-Thanet. Is that enough detail for you?

I went out for some fresh air and to have a walk - I had a mooch around Tenterden and took a few shots, this is the pick of the litter. Now for a brew and footy on the wireless before the City game on TV.
