A little bit of warmth

Couldn’t resist the shot of my deep purple miniature iris featuring today, and then the marmalade hoverfly on the crocus.

Amazing how the flora and fauna spring into life. When Callum got back with the two dogs he reported seeing a bumble bee and a butterfly.

"Which butterfly?" I asked.
"It had reddish wings with black bits" was the reply!

A quick trip to Sainsbury’s for some fresh veg and other bits I’d run out of. Other than that, a fairly relaxing day.
