Bramham Daffodils

Having finally got our ‘big car’ back yesterday we took it in for its (delayed) service / MOT this morning - just to the garage in the village.

Sadly it failed the MOT - needs new brake parts…so will be ready tomorrow (all being well).

I went for a long walk (3.5 miles) in the lovely spring sunshine.

The photo is of one of the ‘stones’ that have been placed on the entrance roads to the village. The pictures on the plaque depict the church and the facade of Bramham House.

I thought it looked good in the sunshine with the mini daffodils growing in front of it.

Mrs madwill is babysitting in Doncaster this evening as daughter and SIL are off to a concert involving eldest granddaughter. Daughter drove up to collect Mrs madwill and will hopefully return her tomorrow!! She is still trying to sort out repairs to her own car after the breakdown just before they went away.
