Tiny Tuesday: Mystery Object

A mystery object for Tiny Tuesday.  This is something I've had for many years; in fact, I can't remember where it originally came from.  A bird, clearly, and probably a parrot of sorts, but what is it?  Thanks to ApolloFly and Nicoiseannie for the theme this week.

For those that don't like the excitement and suspense of waiting to find out, I've put the whole thing into the extra shot.  A bookmark, and fairly small at only 12cms long.
