Lovely outdoor swim on way home. Managed 0.65 mile in 28 mins.

Less great was the flying trip I took in the car park after (lights weren’t working on two lampposts - so dangerous must complain to council)!

Knees cut and grazed, bruised and cut hands it all stings a bit. Long soak in the bath tonight, some arnica cream and antiseptic spray applied. Nothing broken. Hope my left knee doesn’t swell up it’s a bit sore now!
