Snowdrops!

Exciting (for me) to see a small clump of snowdrops on the way to the main building this morning.

Did my first talk, and it went OK, thankfully, as with the others in our four person team. Lots of good feedback.

Gratefuls:
- a quick trip out to a shop with my two colleagues from Portugal, a chance to chat over a few things, and buy some muesli and kefir (as the Brazilian said, the food provided "keeps you alive")
- my suggestion accepted for our small team to not have a meeting straight after lunch; the others went for a walk, I had a welcome nap after an awful night
- a few minutes watching Eden eat watermelon (with great enthusiasm)
