Venison
Venison, green beans, and quinoa. Wine: Domaine Bousquet Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon 2021.
I have a new source for venison (farmed in New Zealand), which makes me happy. Now I just need to find a new source for duck breasts now that my old source for both has raised their prices so much.
