We went to an Italian cookery demo/ tasting evening at a local restaurant; the owner / chef Felice is Tuscan so the dishes were all from there. We had about 5 starters/ tasters prepared in front of us and then sampled , learnt quite a few tricks and skills, and he’d prepared a separate GF one of each for me ( even though I’m starting to eat a bit more gluten gradually with no side effects yet ). Then we had the main course: Italian roast pork and all the trimmings, and dessert so it was a wonderful gastronomical feast!
