Cock Pheasant ( Phasianus colchicus )

A busy day getting the caravan ready for our first trip of the season tomorrow.  As a result I took very few photographs.

I am using this one more as a reminder for myself than its quality.  Just after I took the shot he disappeared into what turned out to be a very well used gap under the Holly.  I must keep an eye on that incase he decides it is a good place to encourage his female to nest.
