Pomegranate

A day almost entirely devoted to clearing out my late father's bungalow punctuated by a couple of very windy walks with the spaniel. I couldn't visit Oxfordshire without having a peek at a John Piper/Patrick Reyntiens stained glass window. My photograph is a detail from the 'Tree of Life' window at St Bartholomew's Church in Netllebed. I assume its a pomegranate tree, a symbol of resurrection in Christian art.
