Bird of a different feather!

I didn't get out today at lunchtime again due to a meeting running over, but on my way across the car park I spotted this bird watching me. He was easy to photography (he didn't fly away). I have no idea when he appeared or who put him there (or why!) but I thought that it would make a novel addition to my series of birds!
