Well caught

Today started quietly enough; later there were assessments involving community teams and family members as well as the patients. All the while considering the possibility of discharge from inpatient care. Really good working with a bright, enthusiastic and willing first year trainee, backed up by a competent young house officer who is also keen to learn some psychiatry.

Called in at Te Wai Orea (Western Springs Lake) for a walk. Half way around the lake I spotted a shag struggling to swallow a fish. One shot was all that I was able to take, and that provided my blip.
