Over The Lake

Out for a ride this morning. Four of us went north up the canal to the Lea Valley park. Lots of big lakes with a tea stop half way round. 

Out this afternoon to buy ingredients to make a minestrone soup. Never done it before. All the recipes have different elements so I'm thinking that I can more or less chuck anything in. We shall see. I will report back tomorrow.
