First thing I walked up to the surgery for a spirometry appointment, a first for me. The conclusion was that I've got slight asthma, probably due to a combination of advancing age and years of smoking. I only stopped in February 2011. I've had a blue inhaler for a few months, but don't actually need to use it very often, they'll check up on me in a year.

Then to the MIND shop for a few hours, where my new short hair met with approval. I had it cut yesterday and haven't really got used to it yet, but it's certainly better when out in the wind!

Later I had a lovely evening with my son and his partner, it's over three weeks since I've seen them and there was a lot to catch up on.
