Spring's coming

Val and I had an early walk in the Botanical Gardens. Then I looked after Simone for a few hours, from midday onwards.
Taking the customary nap-facilitating walk around the neighbourhood, with Simone in the baby sling, I realised that camellias are blossoming all over the place.  Like yesterday, it was a day for quick iPhone photos, as I didn't have the camera to hand.  The colours and shapes were just wonderful.
I think the next walk will have to be with the pushchair... at nine months old now, Simone is getting heavy.  She's still on the brink of getting mobile: determined to stand up as much as possible, but needing careful support to avoid a hard landing.
