Abstract Thursday - Shapes

A bit of an emergency blip today.  A simple blip, a piece of patterned paper just given a bit of colour intensity.
I  am way behind .today, so will catch up with your blips tomorrow.

I have bought a TENS machine, to see if it will help my shoulder.
A steep learning curve, not the simplest  of instructions, but between us T and I have sorted it out.  I am wearing it at the moment, can feel it working.
We will see how it goes
