Mush

Thanks for your freezing advice from yesterday - I can although it might be a bit mushy next time round.

Meanwhile I went for a stroll round Borough Market this morning - not as crowded as the Saturday that I went to recently. This was an impressive display of mushrooms ( I think).  So I presume the offerings were some kind of fungal risotto.
