World Indoor Athletics Championship - Day 1

My role is in the Spectator Experience team and I was stationed in the concourse of the arena today to help spectators with accessibility needs. There was only one lovely American lady who needed some assistance so I mostly welcomed people into the arena and pointed them to their seating area. Given how cold It was outside the answer from most people when I asked if I could help them was 'Yes please. Where is the toilet?'
