Jessica

I made the call to start parkrun today and see how it felt. I was fully expecting to do just one lap as I have been short of breath and congested all week.

I took it very slowly and made the full 5K, chatting along the way.

Baby Jessica arrived on a Tuesday and has been to every parkrun and junior parkrun since.  Only ,4 years and she can have her own barcode.  Mum Kim was walking with her in a sling today.  I expect she will be back running soon.  Human bodies are amazing. 

I did very little for the rest of the day.
