Wriggly Worm Watchers

Mr. L and Mr. E cautiously watch a very large earthworm as it twists and wiggles its way underground. I spotted it while the boys were otherwise occupied and called them over. They weren't as enthusiastic as I thought they'd be - I just figured what with snips and snails and puppy dog tails they'd want to hold it or pocket it - but neither of them wanted to touch it, and Mr. L was trying to wave it away. Still, they watched it, fascinated as it wormed its way back underground.
