Bollard

On my walk to my Monday morning "Grumpy Old Mens' Coffee Session" I was on the lookout for a sphere or an ovoid shape for this week's MonoMonday challenge, hosted this month by Stujphoto. So I was pleased to pass this rather unusual spherical bollard which was casting an ovoid shadow in the lovely sunshine. It's one of several positioned to stop vehicles cutting the corner here. (Processed in Silverefex using one of the "Film Noir" presents as that seemed to suit it.)
