Cone heaven

Berry was spoilt for choice today; leaves to chase, water to splash in, sandy soil to dig and cones galore for people to chuck. She was stage right when I took this, waiting for the usual magic to happen!

We are homeward bound, again visiting Culbin Forest on our way through to Golspie tonight. We could hear the Crossbills again but only fleeting glimpses today; the abundance of cones is perfect for them. The weather has been lovely (typical when we're stuck behind the wheel!) but but we stopped at a nice coffee shop in Keith, had our lovely constitutional and rounded off the day with a wander along the beach at Golspie.
