A Day In The Life

Drizzly

A dull overcast day for Super Tuesday Primary Day. 16 states participate, including Maine. After voting we visited the boat landing hoping to find the lone gray-headed gull we spotted yesterday, hanging out amongst all the white-headed gulls. Gray-headed gulls do not exist in Maine, but we both saw the same thing - clearly; there is a gray-headed tern but that isn’t it • A Mystery • No sighting today so we drove to the other side of the river near the dilapidated redemption business and found five juvenile eagles in the same group of trees I blipped for Joe Tree Day. Pictured here are three of them. While there a blue heron flew over, then as we crossed the bridge for home MrsP spotted two mature eagles perched together in a tree • Why the purple sky effect? No, not purple rain, just because :) • Peace & Love
