Notes: Slept fairly well and didn't wake up quite as many times. Headache from last night still there. Rain thru the night - thought about a jog when I woke up and was inspired to go thinking a lot of the pollens should've been brought out of the air. Did run for 30 min, was decent and quite sweaty (shorts and tee). Went ahead and showered off immediately. Electrolytes and coffee while online a bit waiting for the 11a Zoom call w/ Carlene's group ... but by 9a, was so tired and went to lay down on the top of the bed, curled into 1/2 of the comforter. Head still hurting, a bit better while I was jogging but came right back and dealt w/ all day. Slept thru the Zoom mtg but wasn't too upset. Woke enough to open my eyes and saw 1111a but couldn't move and went right back to sleep. Warm and sunny day and then mid afternoon clouds came back and air starting cool early (so lovely! more rain predicted). Lunch was more quinoa mix and added a salmon patty - ended w/ the berry crumble & kefir. Made another call to the Largo PD to see if I could get a report as I received an email from Sunpass saying they aren't accepting the  Surrender of the old plate b/c it was done after the tolls. Called them back and the guy reduced all the fees and I paid just $6 to clear it out rather than go thru a dispute phase and have to get dealing w/ it. My new toothbrush from Michelle arrived a day early (she got a 2pk) and I went to the mail to get it as dark clouds were coming in from the west. Wayne was outside smoking and the heron was keeping him company. Just before 4p then, beautiful rain started ... Headache lasted into another night.
